What is LPAR dedicated server hosting?

LPAR is a logical partition, of a computer virtualized as a separate computer. If such a computer is used for hosting then it’s called an LPAR ( Logical PARtition ) dedicated server hosting. Each LPAR is completely independent of the other such instances and can run its own Operating System and Applications. Most LPAR servers are based on KVM hypervisor allowing multiple computer operating systems to execute on the same hardware concurrently.
